WeeVap is an online store and it completes deliveries with the help of third party companies. Regarding of which shipping method you choose, the delivery of your product will be completed on average in 24-48 hours. In rare circumstances and in the case of legal holidays, your delivery might be delayed up to 72 hours.
Once an order has been processed on our part, the products will be handed over to the third-party company which is going to process the delivery. From this point on, until the package reaches the destination, the products of your order will be under the care and possession of the shipping company. This company will be responsible for the integrity of your order. WeeVap will announce you once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping company.

  • Registrar - Up to 7 Business days
  • First class - Up to 3 business days

After the delivery, you have the responsibility of checking the content of the package within 24 hours. If anything is missing, damaged or you receive the wrong products, please contact WeeVap immediately. In that cases, you also need to keep both the content of the package and the packaging material. WeeVap might not be liable a number of delays or damages suffered by your package, including acts of God that might arise during the shipping process, labor unrest or loss of the package by the shipping company.

If the package is delivered in good conditions and the content inside is intact, but it doesn’t match your expectations, WeeVap is willing to change your product for one with a similar price, minus the shipping costs, or fully refund the cost of the product. You are not required to provide a reason for your return or refund decisions. You will be required t refund the goods to us at your own cost, or at the cost of the shipping company in the case of insured carriers. The information regarding the return of the packages will be available on the original invoice that will be delivered in your inbox as soon as we process your order.

Any refund or return issue must be communicated to us. We will not process, refund or replace any packages shipped back to us if we haven’t been noticed about their issues. The refund or exchange policy is only valid for 7 days after the delivery has been made. During this time, the products in case will be considered in your possession, time in which you have the responsibility, until you hand it over to the shipping company.

In the case of an exchange issue, we will process and ship the required products within 48 hours. For refund issues, you might need to wait up to 7 working days for the refund sum to be posted in your account.
